Siena Downtown
Siena Downtown is situated in St. Petersburg’s Old Northeast Historic District, and the recently renovated condo community is only four blocks away from the beach. Units feature beautiful front patios, which are perfect for enjoying the gorgeous Florida weather without ever leaving home. Siena Downtown’s low HOA fees include the cost of cable television, water, sewer, and garbage, among other utilities. condos at Siena Downtown each have one bedroom, and are sized at approximately 550 square feet. Oasis
Oasis fully lives up to its name for residents over the age of 55. The condo building was designed for active adults, and features a heated pool, shuffleboard, putting green, dances, themed dinners, and bingo. Despite all that the building has to offer, HOA fees are quite low, at only $300 per month. Located only a short distance from downtown St. Petersburg, residents can take advantage of all of the dining, entertainment, and shopping that the heart of the city has to offer. Prices at Oasis fall within the $100s and units have both one and two bedroom layouts.
The Madison
Those who find the thought of resort-style living enticing need look no further than The Madison, which is located in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg. This gated, courtyard style building delivers residents a wealth of amenities that include a top-of-the-line fitness center, community pool, hot tub, gazebos, and an outdoor fireplace. HOA fees are incredibly low considering all that condos at The Madison have to offer, and for around $475 per month, the HOA takes care of water, cable, garbage, sewer, and landscaping, as well as maintenance of all of the community amenities. Residences at The Madison feature both one and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging between just over 700 to shy of 1,400 square feet. Home prices start in the high $300s and go up to the mid $600s.
Whispering Waters
Developed for active adults over the age of 55, Whispering Waters is a community located just across from the St. Petersburg waterfront park. Whispering Waters is home to eight buildings that contain 66 units, many of which feature expansive balconies, hurricane shutters, and large sliding glass doors. Community amenities include a shuffleboard court, a community pool, a social room, and pristinely manicured grounds that feature beautiful fountains and tropical landscaping, all of which are covered by very low HOA fees. The complex is home to studio, one, and two-bedroom units that range in size between 450 to nearly 1,400 square feet. Prices vary based on the size of the condo, starting in the low $200s and going up to nearly $700k for larger homes.
