About Vela Condos

Vela is a new construction building planned for 8th Street South in Downtown St Petersburg. The site sits at the corner of 8th Street and 4th Avenue South. Plans call for the condos to top ground level retail space. Amenities planned for the building include electric car charging stations optional with every parking space. The building also plans for a number of other green, environmentally conscious features, including energy efficient appliances, LED lighting, a specialized indoor air filtration system, and Nest thermostats. Planned shared amenities include a gym, a third-floor courtyard and two open rooftop decks for lounging.

Prospective buyers at Vela will also find things like large private balconies, nine-foot ceilings, textured ceilings, and wood grain tile flooring in the main living areas of each home. Additionally, expect to find wood cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets and some granite countertops. Floorplans at Vela typically range from 1,100 to 1,300 square feet of space under air.
